A phrase commonly used in the Middle East, Yallah is a word that is used to signal that it’s time to get moving and for us, our aim is to move you towards taste heaven. Literally translated as “let’s go!” it encompasses our passion and enthusiasm for bringing fresh flavours to Manchester and beyond. We’re committed to delivering an outstanding dining experience, free from formality and pretension. For you that might mean a fresh, fun, and taste-filled lunch from our street food van or a relaxed, delicious meal to linger over at our restaurant.
Redefining Cuisine
An idea that was born during the pandemic, Yallah was created from the kitchen of our founder Rose, who created fresh concepts that have their origins in traditional Lebanese food. However, it was Rose’s ethos and creativity that was able to create a new palette of food and bring these traditional delights to life.
After creating a home delivery service from her own kitchen called Falafel Bites, Rose’s idea for redefining cuisine quickly grew popular with an ever-increasing band of loyal fans. Within a short space of time, the service earned 4.9 stars on Google, with reviews that spread from Greater Manchester right down to London. It was clear that the demand for Rose’s dishes was rising. Out of this realisation, and a desire to create a social home for our tribe, Yallah was born.

Combining Rose’s intricate eye for detail with a passion for creating food, Yallah will provide everyone with authentic Lebanese cuisine that brings food to life in a relaxing and welcoming environment. Rose and her team continue to ensure that Yallah is an experience like no other, cultivating fresh flavours in a warm, welcoming atmosphere that has family values and traditions at its core.
